The binder organizes and holds your papers. Your trust and other documents are prepared separately, for example through Family Estate Docs. Legacy Estate and Insurance is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Can I buy a binder without other services?
Yes. Send an order request or call Wynn, and she'll help you get started.
Is it safe to keep everything in one place?
Keep the binder somewhere secure, such as a locked cabinet or fireproof box, and tell one or two trusted people where it is. Avoid writing full account numbers or passwords in it.
How do I pay?
